Infant Mortality Review

It was identified via available evidence that the number of deaths in children under one year of age was higher than the national average.
Working with a group of experts, we identified the key drivers contributing to this picture and came up with actions to address them. This included obesity, poverty, sleeping practices, culture etc. This required working with a large group of stakeholders and identifying tasks for each group.
This was a particularly sensitive issue to tackle and required refined communication skills and building relationships with people in different parts of the community.
There was a significant drop at the next review.
